I have had Gavin organise two jobs for me. The first one was for two pergolas and the removal of an old wooden pergola. I asked the guys if they would remove the old pergola and keep it intact so i could sell it. They did this for me and I sold it on Gumtree. The Pergola panels were two-tone but the finish was not good so Gavin replaced them for mono-colour ones and completed the job for me without a problem. Yesterday I had some extra work done on one of the Pergolas and it was completed satisfactorily, and in good humour. Great job, thank you.

I would recommend Amazing Improvements for anyone looking for an honest supplier of a quality product. My enquiry was the week before Christmas, after trying to get the attention of a number of bigger companies for a month. Amazing sent a sales consultant out prior to Christmas to quote, and by the end of January my new awning was installed. Each division of the process preformed swiftly, accurately and with a happy nature. The installer was mindful of his work environment, and left the sight clean as a whistle. I couldn't feel happier with my experience.

Originally, I wrote a review on 7th Oct 2015, after the 'Amazing' Team finished our new Pergola. We loved the process, the product & the staff. My wife & I love the product still but during the Hail storms around the end of Feb & beginning of March, I feared the worst as large conglomerate shaped chucks of Ice, came crashing down with deafening noise. While we were spared the Cricket ball sized hail, we had very large masses the size of 2 or 3 golf balls joined together. I went out to inspect the damage and to my great surprise, have been unable to see one dent or crack anywhere; neither on the metal surfaces, nor the light panels. Thank you Gavin & team for supplying such a durable, quality product. We remain total fans of 'Amazing Home Improvements'.
